【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61660describesamethodforcalculatingshort-circuitcurrentsind.c.auxiliarysystemsinpowerplantsandsubstations.Suchsystemscanbeequippedwiththefollowingequipment,actingasshort-circuitcurrentsources:-rectifiersinthree-phasea.c.bridgeconnectionfor50Hz;-stationarylead-acidbatteries;-smoothingcapacitors;-d.c.motorswithindependentexcitation.NOTE-Rectifiersinthree-phasea.c.bridgeconnectionfor60Hzareunderconsideration.Thedataofotherequipmentmaybegivenbythemanufacturer.Thisstandardisonlyconcernedwithrectifiersinthree-phasea.c.bridgeconnection.Itisnotconcernedwithothertypesofrectifiers.Thepurposeofthestandardistoprovideagenerallyapplicablemethodofcalculationwhichproducesresultsofsufficientaccuracyontheconservativeside.Specialmethods,adjustedtoparticularcircumstances,maybeusediftheygiveatleastthesameprecision.Short-circuitcurrents,resistancesandinductancesmayalsobeascertainedfromsystemtestsormeasurementsonmodelsystems.Inexistingd.c.systemsthenecessaryvaluescanbeascertainedfrommeasurementstakenattheassumedshort-circuitlocation.Theloadcurrentisnottakenintoconsiderationwhencalculatingtheshort-circuitcurrent.Itisnecessarytodistinguishbetweentwodifferentvaluesofshort-circuitcurrent:-themaximumshort-circuitcurrentwhichdeterminestheratingoftheelectricalequipment;-theminimumshort-circuitcurrentwhichcanbetakenasthebasisforfuseandprotectionratingsandsettings.
