【摘要】:TheFederalOccupationalSafetyandHealthAdministrationin29CFR1910.1000SubpartZdesignatesthatcertaingasesandvaporspresentinworkplaceatmospheresmustbecontrolledsothattheirconcentrationsdonotexceedspecifiedlimits.Thispracticewillprovideameansforthedeterminationofairborneconcentrationsofcertaingasesandvaporslistedin29CFR1910.1000.ApartiallistofchemicalsforwhichthispracticeisapplicableispresentedinAnnexA1withcurrentThresholdLimitValues(TLV)(2)andtypicalmeasurementrangesfortheselectedchemicalsasobtainedfromvariousmanufacturer’specifications.Thispracticemaybeusedforeitherpersonalorareamonitoring.1.1Thispracticedescribesthedetectionandmeasurementoftimeweightedaverage(TWA)concentrationsoftoxicgasesorvaporsusinglength-of-staincolorimetricdosimetertubes.AlistofsomeofthegasesandvaporsthatcanbedetectedbythispracticeisprovidedinAnnexA1.Thislistisgivenasaguideandshouldbeconsideredneitherabsolutenorcomplete.1.2Length-of-staincolorimetricdosimetersworkbydiffusionalsampling.Theresultsareimmediatelyavailablebyvisualobservation;thusnoauxiliarysampling,testnoranalysisequipmentareneeded.Thedosimeters,therefore,areextremelysimpletouseandverycosteffective.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesmethodsforanalysingdatafromaWeibulldistributionusingcontinuousparameterssuchastimetofailure,cyclestofailure,mechanicalstress,etc.Thisstandardisapplicablewheneverdataonstrengthparameters,e.g.timestofailure,cycles,stress,etc.areavailableforarandomsampleofitemsoperatingundertestconditionsorin-service,forthepurposeofestimatingmeasuresofreliabilityperformanceofthepopulationfromwhichtheseitemsweredrawn.Thisstandardisapplicablewhenthedatabeinganalysedareindependently,identicallydistributed.Thisshouldeitherbetestedorassumedtobetrue(seeIEC60300-3-5).Inthisstandard,numericalmethodsandgraphicalmethodsaredescribedtoplotdata,tomakeagoodness-of-fittest,toestimatetheparametersofthetwo-orthree-parameterWeibulldistributionandtoplotconfidencelimits.Guidanceisgivenonhowtointerprettheplotintermsofriskasafunctionoftime,failuremodesandpossibleweakpopulationandtimetofirstfailureorminimumendurance.
