【摘要】:Ingeneral,withmaterialsofthesetypes,softeningpointdoesnottakeplaceatadefinitetemperature.Asthetemperaturerises,thesematerialsgraduallychangefrombrittleorexceedinglythickandslow-flowingmaterialstosofterandlessviscousliquids.Forthisreason,thedeterminationofthesofteningpointmustbemadebyafixed,arbitrary,andcloselydefinedmethodiftheresultsobtainedaretobecomparable.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsofteningpointofresinsusingaMettlercupandballapparatus,andmay,underuser-definedconditions,giveresultscomparabletothoseobtainedbyTestMethodsE28.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoCO2-laserbeammachinesforweldingandcuttingintwooperatingdirections(2D).ThemainpurposeofthisstandardistoproviderequirementsforacceptancetestingofCO2-laserbeammachinespriortoorduringinstallationattheuser'spremises.TheacceptancetestsareusedtodocumenttheabilityofCO2-laserbeammachinestoproduceweldedjointsandcutsofconsistentquality.ThisstandardisintendedtobeusedforpreparationofthetechnicalspecificationforCO2-laserbeamma-chinesforhighqualityweldingandcuttingintwooperatingdirections(2D).Thisstandardspecifiesbasicrequirements.AdditionaltestsandrequirementsmaybespecifiedinthetechnicalspecificationfortheCO2-laserbeammachine.NOTE1ThetechnicalspecificationfortheCO2-laserbeammachineusuallyformsapartofthecontractanditisagreedbythepartiesconcerned(themanufactureroftheCO2-laserbeammachineandthecustomer/user).NOTE2Therequirementsmaybetoostringentfornon-highqualitycutting.However,thestandardmayalsobeusedfortestingaspartofmaintenance,asappropriate.IfmodificationsaremadetoaCO2-laserbeammachine(rebuilding,repairs,modificationstotheoper-atingconditionsetc.)thatmayhaveaneffectontheacceptancetesting,repeattestmaybeneces-sarycoveringthemachineparametersaffectedbysuchmodifications.IfaCO2-laserbeammachinethathasalreadybeenacceptedisdismantled(e.g.inordertochangeitslocation)suchtestsmayinvolveverificationaccordingtotherequirementsin6.4asaminimum.
